Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament
A longstanding tradition in the floor covering industry, this tournament supports the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF) and honors late co-founder of CCA Global Partners, Alan Greenberg.
About the Tournament
Beginning in 2003, CCA Global Partners began holding an annual charity golf tournament to raise funds sponsoring the floor covering industry. Howard Brodsky and Alan Greenberg, the co-founders of CCA Global Partners, started the event as a fundraising tradition and after Alan Greenberg’s passing in 2007, the tournament was renamed in his honor.
As the Floor Covering Industry Foundation’s greatest annual fundraising event, the golf tournament has already earned $2.9 million in assistance for those in the floor covering industry who require aid due to sudden life-changing events. Giving back in a meaningful way is a core practice for CCA Global.
We were so pleased to have the chance to reconnect with our floor covering colleagues this year at the 22nd Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament at the Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville, Georgia.
Through the generous donations of our sponsors and participants, we were able to raise $140,000 at the 21st annual event, at a time when many continue facing adversity, uncertainty, and economic hardships.
Alongside raising money for the FCIF, the event brings together floor covering industry manufacturers, distributors, retailers, industry trade associations and people as well as supporters from adjacent industries for networking and bonding experiences.
Their contributions to the FCIF, whether through tournament participation or event sponsorship, enable the foundation to make a difference in the lives of countless people.
